Training officer

Plan and run courses and workshops

  • assess individual and organizational training needs

  • conduct staff appraisals and meetings with managers

  • design engaging, appropriate, and inclusive learning activities

  • deliver training using online, blended or classroom based methods

  • assess individuals and the effectiveness of training programmes

  • monitor trainees' progress

Hours: flexible

Sales Assistant

Assist us in our online shop and market stool

  • serve and advise customers

  • unpack and sort new stock deliveries

  • take cash and card payments and make sure the till balances

  • handle customer returns, refund payments and log details on paper or computer

  • meet sales targets

  • take part in dance classes and maintain your fitness

  • Demonstrable experience as a Vlogger, ideally on YouTube.

  • Thoroughly knowledgeable about YouTube algorithms.
